The Petit Chablis from Domaine d’Elise is a straightforward and mineral Burgundy white, born in Milly on a plot that rises up to the Côte de Léchet. Frédéric Prain cultivates Chardonnay on clay-limestone soils rich in stones and vinifies it without wood, to preserve its purity. On the nose, it offers aromas of lemon, green apple, and freshly cut grass, with a distinct note of flint. The sip is dry, nimble, and lively, supported by a tense freshness and a savory finish. Perfect with a plate of raw oysters
