The Bourgogne Côtes d’Auxerre Blanc by Goisot is a Chardonnay from northern Burgundy, from a highly suited area near Chablis. On the nose, it is direct, with a citrus side, a hint of pear and notes of white flowers and flint on the finish. On the palate, it is tense and savory, with vibrant freshness and pronounced minerality, with a streamlined finish, ideal with sole in butter or with a goat cheese like Crottin de Chavignol
