Bugno Martino’s ‘Maso MC’ Sparkling Traditional Method is an elegant and refined wine. The winery is located in the Mantua plain and primarily cultivates native Lambrusco varieties, from which it produces bottle-fermented wines and sparkling wines, made using either the Martinotti method or the Metodo Classico. On the nose, it opens with fragrant notes of small red berries, with floral hints and a touch of yeast on the finish. On the palate, it is fresh and elegant, with a fine, persistent perlage. Excellent paired with traditional Mantua pumpkin tortelli
