The Soave Classico 'Castelcerino - Peak and Valleys' by Villa Della Torre is part of a project that aims to enhance the tradition of the Veronese to the fullest. The Garganega grapes are grown in the highest parts of the denomination, the vines are trained to pergola on limestone soils that define its character.
