'Varco' Radiz Corte Sant'Alda - Camerani 2025

"Vàrco" is a red wine from Veneto that embodies the collaboration between Callmewine, through the Radiz project, and Corte Sant'Alda - Camerani, one of the most representative wineries in the Verona wine region. This winery was chosen for its commitment to organic viticulture that respects the land and the natural expression of the fruit. Radiz, in fact, aims to create wines that interpret the terroir without rigid constraints, through sustainable practices and measured interventions in the cellar. The Corvinone, Corvina, and Rondinella grapes come from the Valletta vineyard, located at an altitude of 350 meters on limestone soils, and are fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks. The 20-day maceration gives the wine a ruby-red color and an aromatic profile characterized by hints of red fruits, vinous notes, and light spicy nuances.
