The Franciacorta Brut by Chiara Ziliani is a measured and elegant Classic Method, born in the heart of the Lombard denomination. The grapes of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir come from vineyards owned by the winery in Provaglio d'Iseo, and the 18 months aging on the lees gives finesse and depth. On the nose, it opens with aromas of pear, yellow peach, and orange, with hints of white flowers and pastry notes on the finish. The sip is fresh and full-bodied, with a savory and beautifully lively finish. Perfect with a seafood risotto
