'Blanco' Dominio del Pidio 2017

"Blanco" of the Dominio del Pidio winery is a fresh and tasty Spanish white wine, capable of accompanying fish dishes and entertaining the palate with a suave drinkability. It is made from pure Albillo Criollo grapes and vinified in cement with only indigenous yeasts, while it is aged in small French oak barrels for 6-8 months. The colour is golden yellow with brilliant reflections while the bouquet is reminiscent of summer fruits and flowers. The taste is fresh, agile, fruity, soft and with a finish of excellent persistence.
